    AVAILABILITY

    1. Dr. Anna Ho is ONLY available December 9 from 11:00am-1:30pm and 3:30-5:30pm and is ONLY available December 10 from 8:30-noon and 2:30-4:00pm.
    2. Dr. Olivia Burke is NOT available before 9:30am or after 2:20pm on either December 9 or 10. 
    3. FLUTES: Dr. Watts is NOT available on December 9 from 3:30-5:30pm and is NOT available December 10 from 11:50am-1:40pm.
    4. OBOES: Prof. Welk is NOT available on December 9 from 10am-11:40am and is NOT available December 10 from 10:40am-11:40pm.   
    5. CLARINETS: If you are studying with Prof. Melissa Vargas, please sign up for a time that both Prof. Vargas and Dr. Tirk can be there. Dr. Tirk is NOT available on December 9 from 12:30-1:30pm and is NOT available December 10 from 1:40-4pm. Dr. Vargas is NOT available for juries on December 9 from 10am-3:20pm.
    6. BASSOONS: Prof. Ackmann is NOT available on December 9 from 11:50am-12:30pm and is NOT available December 10 from 8:20-10:40am.
