WOODWIND JURY INFORMATION

• Before signing up for a jury, please review instructor and pianist availability below. Be sure that both your applied instructor and pianist are available to attend (clarinetists must select a time when Dr. Tirk is available). If your pianist is not listed, please contact them directly to confirm their availability before signing up.
• Students performing the 20-minute sophomore proficiency jury should select that option from the “Type/Duration” dropdown menu.
• All student details and repertoire information must be entered into the system before your scheduled jury time in order to receive a grade. Only individual parts need to be scanned.
• All woodwind juries will take place in Catlett 128 (Choir Room).

INSTRUCTOR AVAILABILITY
Dr. Watts is NOT available to hear juries on May 11 between 10:20am-11:40am and on May 13 between 11:40am-1:00pm.
Dr. Welk is NOT available to hear juries on May 11 between 12:50-2:20pm and on May 13 between 10:20am-11:40am.
Dr. Tirk is NOT available to hear juries on May 11 after 2:20pm and on May 13 after 2:20pm.
Prof. Vargas is available to hear juries ONLY on May 13 between 10:20am and 1:10pm.
McKinley Baker is NOT available to hear juries on May 11 after 2:00pm, May 12 after 12:00pm and on May 13th between 10:00am-12:00pm.
Joshua Chrisman is available for all jury times.
Dr. Boothroyd is NOT available to hear juries on May 12 between 10:20am-11:40am and May 13 between 1:00pm-2:20pm.
Prof. Ackmann is NOT available to hear juries May 11 between 11:40am-12:50pm and on May 12 after 11:40am.

PIANIST AVAILABILITY

Dr. Anna Ho is available for all juries EXCEPT May 11 from 10:30-11:30am and 4:00-5:00pm.
Dr. Olivia Burke requests that all her collaborating students sign up for a jury on May 11 if at all possible. She has some availability on May 12, but you will need to check with her to confirm. Dr. Burke is NOT available for any times on May 13.
